My life totally changed when I decided to get fit and healthier. I got rid of my sleep apnea and high blood pressure. I lost a hundred pounds and am a total fitness junkie. I love my life and loved the life change that I did to make myself better.
I used to be depressed all the time and was considered “one of those emo kids” but now I’m such a positive and happy person. Its not about losing weight but its also about learning to love yourself and I can help you.
